Challenges

HR department is custodian of some the most confidential records in an organization. Meticulously managing these records can often become a headache. Robi Axiata Limited, one of the country’s leading telecom giant, has thousands of people under its payroll which includes locals and expatriates. Without an automated documentation platform, Robi’s HR team was facing several challenges like keeping the confidential HR documents from unwanted exposure, accessing and retrieving on time, generating MIS reports for compliance, etc. Our RDMS module helped Robi tackle this situation.
